Every player deserves a future that’s as strong as her past.

As the first association dedicated to retired women's professional soccer players, NEXT CHAPTER FC™ connects accomplished athletes to career resources, health support, business networks, and each other.

OUR MISSION

To strengthen & preserve the legacy of retired women’s soccer players.

We do this by creating connections, guidance, and resources that empower success after the game.

OUR Vision

A unified team & platform of opportunity for retired women’s soccer players.

Because every player deserves a future that’s as strong as her past.

“We just got the same damn award. Same sweat, same sacrifice. Yet the three of us were walking into three very different retirements.”

Next Chapter exists to change the lack of unified support for retired professional women athletes.

30k+ women play college soccer per year

Less than 2% go on to play professionally

Average retirement is at 35 years old

Each path to the pros is different, but nearly all players face uncertainty when their playing careers end. Currently, support for players ends when the competition ends. Next Chapter FC exists to address this gap. We aim to build a network for connection, opportunity, and care that allows every player to live a life with fulfillment and dignity after their final match.
